ACCREDITATIONS
Space rental includes 4 acccreditations to be picked up at the exhibitors' tent on site.
LODGING
The hotel St-Martin is the official Bromont event hotel, and is offering rooms from 149$ per night. Keep in mind that Bromont is a tourist town and resort and is very busy at this time of the year; please make sure that you reserve early so as to not be disappointed.

SECURITY
The organisers will provide security personnel in the evenings and overnight in order to watch over the expo village for the duration of the event.
PARKING
Expo space rental includes reserved parking for 1 vehicule. No vehicules will be tolerated in the expo village outside of set-up and take down times.

It is expressly forbidden for any exhibitor to sell any food or beverages on the event site. Please contact the organising committee for more information on sampling and/or other sales opportunities.
HOW TO GET TO BROMONT From Montreal: Take Autoroute 10 towards Sherbrooke, exit 78 at Bromont, take the off ramp to the right to head towards the village on Bromont Blvd., pass throught the shopping area and continue on the Champlain Street turn-off for the ski hill. Take the right fork at Huntington Road and watch for the site on your right, approx 2km later.
From Mont Saint Anne: Take Route 138 towards Autoroute 40 West, follow indications for Pont Pierre-Laporte/Montreal, then follow indications for autoroute 20 towards Montreal. Take exit 143 towards St-Valérien de Milton, the turn left on Rang St-Georges, right on the 9e rang , left on Rue Principal/Rte 137, then left on rue Principal/Rte 112, right on boul. David-Bouchard South/Rte 139 towards Autoroute 10. Take the turn-off to the autoroute 10 on ramp towards Sherbrooke, then take exit 78 boul. Bromont. Take the off ramp to the right to head towards the village on Bromont Blvd., pass trought the shopping area and continue on at the Champlain Street turn-off for the ski hill. Take the right fork at Huntington Road and watch for the site on your right, approx 2km later.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS The registration in the world cup Village will be firm only after receipt by our services of your reservation demand duly completed (from below), accompanied by the payment of the deposit will be taken into account for the attribution of the locations.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation one month before the event, 50% of the price applicable to the booked surface will remain due. After that, 100% of said price will remain due.
